The Environmental and Energy
Law Section brings together those attorneys with a common
interest
in safeguarding
environmental quality and promoting the practice of environmental
law. Membership offers a variety of continuing education
and social opportunities. Section annual dues are $20.
Announcements
October CLE Program
Save the date! The section is planning a lunchtime
CLE on "Offshore Drilling in Virginia: The Practical
and Legal Implications of the Gulf Oil Spill." The
CLE is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, October
6, 2010. Additional details will be provided soon.
