“Practical AI Tools for Lawyers Across Practice Settings”
This CLE will explore how lawyers can use AI for research, drafting, document review, summarization, data extraction, and workflow support across litigation, transactional, government, nonprofit, solo, and firm practice settings. Attendees will learn practical use cases such as creating chronologies, summarizing testimony and contracts, drafting client communications, comparing documents, and generating checklists and first-pass work product more efficiently. The program will also address key risk-management considerations, including accuracy, confidentiality, review protocols, and how to select the right AI tool for a lawyer’s specific practice, workflow, and organization.
