Drawing on sources ranging from the Virginia Bar Rules of Professional Conduct, to Daniel Pink, Daniel Kahneman, Brené Brown, and Justice John Marshall Harlan, this course blends reflective writing, discussion, and scenario-based exercises to help attorneys strengthen their ethical decision-making through deeper self-awareness and group insight.
