The 1st hour will feature a presentation on “Managing the Most Dangerous Employee Complaints”. The presentation will include handling retaliation, whistleblower, and ADA requests, and understanding common pitfalls and claims.
The 2nd hour will feature a presentation on “Settlement Strategy in Employment Cases: Timing, Leverage, and Psychology”. The presentation will include timing, valuation, mediation, and dealing with difficult opposing counsel and clients.
