Rachel Yates, Esq. of Yates Appellate Law will discuss preserving issues through oral objections during trial, best practices for written motions or arguments, noting objections to final orders, interlocutory appeal availability in family law cases, and various tips and tricks for trial lawyers to use to make the best record possible for their client. Whether they are bringing the appeal—or defending against one—trial lawyers will walk away with valuable information to use in their next case.
