“Hot Topics Through the Eyes of the Eastern District Bankruptcy Bench”
A roundtable discussion with bankruptcy judges from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. The roundtable topics will include cutting edge issues as identified in recent consumer and commercial bankruptcy cases. The accompanying materials will outline the facts and discuss holding of each case. The presentation will include those cases and incorporate related fact patterns and hypotheticals for extended discussion on the topics.
Speakers are the Hon. Brian F. Kenney, Chief Judge; Hon. Klinette H. Kindred; Hon. Kevin R. Huennekens; Hon. Keith Phillips; Paula S. Beran and Lynn L. Tavenner will moderate.
It is anticipated that the program will be approved for 1.0 hour of live MCLE credit.
